The MLK national memorial is to be erected on the National Mall.  The statue was made in Communist China.  The issue here, however, is the fact that the MLK family was paid $800,000 as   "licensing fee" for the right to use MLK's "image" on the memorial that is being erected, partially at US Taxpayer expense, to him.

The families of Washington, Jefferson and Lincoln were not paid for the use of their  "image"  on any  national memorial.    How ironic.  The family of a committed Marxist, who did not even  believe in private property ownership, is lining its pockets.  Contributors to the  MLK  "foundation" that funded this national insult include the Washington DC municipal government, General Motors and the US Government ($10  million tax payer dollars).

If you think the $800,000 payment to the King family  to use  MLK's image on his own monument  is not  payment enough, you can go to  the MLK Memorial website and make an on line  donation.

Isn't it strange that we the people have to pay a "license fee" to honor MLK.  Isn't a statute on the National Mall enough of an honor?  We would have been better off, not honoring him.  But then that would be a racist act.
