I got a new to me 10 inch octagon 256 win mag barrel. My question is I want a little more zip behind it so would I be better off rechambering it to 256 Supermag, 257 JDJ or 257 Raptor?
I'm leaning towards the supermag because I can use 256 Win dies (cheaper than custom dies) And if the JDJ or the Raptor would give me much better velocity due to the 10 inch barrel and not being very efficient in the short tube.
Anyone have any of the 3 in a 10 inch barrel?
