Assemblyman Mark Ridley-Thomas D-LA has pulled Bill AB992 from the inactive file and introduced it to the Assembly floor.

AB992 will add a 10 cent tax on each and every round of ammunition you purchase in CA. Originally, it was to pay for "Emergency Room Costs" for all of the gunshot victims. There will also be an appropriate tax on reloading supplies (I think it was 10 cents tax for each primer).

AB992 has been changed , it is no longer 10 cents , its now 15 and that is per round  and or primer, also they are looking at amending it again to encompass all reloading supplies.The Governator says it is wrong, lets see if he has the balls to fight with the liberals in Sac.

I have contacted every member of the State Assembly and have heard back from several.  AB992 did not receive enough votes to bring it to the floor from the archives.  It is dead for now.   FOR NOW!  Those idiots will surely try again.
