Here are pics of my second attempt with 1" diameter wheels. This time I added trunnions, cheeks and an elevation screw. It's still an 9/64" bore [.140"] and a 6-32 elevation screw. Pictured with it are 1/8" ball bearings.
I'll make a shooting video when I get a chance.
The link below is my first attempt, which is a simpler version with the barrel welded directly to the trail.

That is cool. If for nothing else, just for the novelty of it. Put me down for one. How much $$ do I send? Is it rugged enough for use on a keychain?

Mike, I think it's heavy duty enough for key chain use. The price will be in the 30 dollar range. I'll know better when I build # 2. Dom

Very nice, especially the smallest one. They make some small pistols that shoot BBs and .177 pellets with only a #11 primer. Pretty decent velocity I hear too. Just giving you ideas for future miniature cannon. Post prices soon.
