I just completed this earlier this week.  The barrel is a 1" bore x 11-3/4" long.   It is for sale.  $200 plus shipping.  This is the only one available.    Thanks for looking. Dom

Austin,  I'm not sure if I'll make a video of this.  The side plates are cut with a oxy/ace torch.  I make a sheetmetal template and space it above the plate and trace around it with the hand torch.  Dom
