I just purchased a barrel for my Encore in this caliber, figure you guys could help me out. I plan to reload, but it's going to have to wait. So for this deer season I plan to use factory offerings.
I'm hunting whitetail in South Tx. They're small animals for the most part. Max range is about 350 yards.
From the factory stuff, what would you recommend for me? Preferably like to have two options, so I can have some variety and see which my barrel likes more.
The barrel is 26" long, with a 1:10 twist.
