Dahlgren Barbette Videos

I test fired a new model Dahlgren today.  This one is modeled after the one at Battery Park, SC.
Listen carefully with the second video and right after the shot you can hear the ball come back and hit the aluminum tool cart that the cannon is resting on.  I had 2 richochets from the steel ammo.

BoomLover, DaveSB, little seacoast,  thanks for the compliments. 
 
little seacoast,  I can make one for the Dahlgren,  We'll have to cut the trunnion caps off the marsilly carriage as they are not necessary and make the barrel interchangeable between the two carriages.  What do you think?

Hi Dom, Sounds like something that needs doing, it's a fun little gun to shoot. I've got a video if I can figure out how to get it to load.  Do you need the gun back to do this?
