It is a ride-able bike. Very cool.
 
No hubs,
Engine forward of most of frame
Read some of the cool technical background stuff.
 
There are some youtubes that show it in action. Look for "hubless monster"

Neat to look at and sit on, but it must take about 4 acres to turn it around.  And forget leaning it into a corner.
