this  is the type  of person the government  employs 
to regulate  our  lives


think  of this every time some one wants to give more power to government

fortunately MY tax dollars didnt pay him.. He is (was?) a county court judge (on the Arkansas County payroll.. shouldnt be getting any federal dollars.. and I dont live in Arkansas..)..
 
my guess is he was never prosecuted for this.. he should have been..
 
Im all for corporal punishment.. I think far too may parents "spare the rod, and spoil the child"... What we end up with are Gen X and Gen Y types that think the world owes them something, and that they shouldnt be held accountable for anything..
 
that said.. this OBVIOUSLY crosses the line.. and crosses it deep... his behavior (cursing, excessive beating, etc..) isnt teaching her anything other than to fear and hate him (as evidenced by her posting it up on the internet ad by the comments she has made there..)

i think that is a good assessment
ALL  courts get some sort  of federal money....matching funds  etc

i think some where your tax dollars are supporting some one like him

Lets do some math, Arkansas county judge @ 100k$ year for 30 yrs. so 3 million life time salary divided by a very conservative guess of 200 million taxpayes. So if everyone in the US donated 7 dollars directly to him it would be "our" tax dollars. This is Arkansas problem not mine they can clean up there own messes. We got plenty of our own to fix without trying to solve everyone elses first.
