  Instead of doing his best to protect the lives of terrorists (with his new 'rules of engagement'), one would think that the pres of the US would be doing his best to protect our troops.
 
  The troops were probably told they couldn't lay a hand (or bullet) on the terrorist until after he set off his bomb..
