S&W 4006 Deal or no deal?

I have an opportunity to purchase a S&W 4006.  I was able to talk the owner down to $300.  I am getting a good deal?  Is this a good gun? Don't know much about it.

Yes it is a good deal. They usually run around $350.00- $400.00.

if the pistol is in good shape.. I agree thats a pretty good deal... they normally go for about $400 around here in used but good condition..
