Hello Leon,, I have one of these barrels, in Advantage Timber, real hard to get, discontuined...I sent it to Ballistic Specialties, had them lengthen the forcing cone, 60.00,,and had them install ,,Extended Pigeon Porting 85.00 .. Yes it is a Turkey killer at fifty yards, most people frawn on shooting a turkey that far, so they say, but when he hangs up at that distance, i bet these same people will try at these ranges. I havent shot the Heavy Shot through it , cause, i went to 12ga, muzzle loader . It will undoubtly shoot better with the Heavy shot, iam sure.. Now that i shoot the muzzle loader barrel, iam thinking of parting with the 12ga cart. barrel. If interested, i can be reached at bruce581@comcast.net...
