Almost everyone knows that Brian56 is at Ilion.
For anyone who doesn't know, Brian is our own private customer service at the plant.
You can ask him:
What's available?
Can I...?
How do I...?


If they aren't paying him extra to do this, they should.
...and whether they pay him extra or not, I personally appreciate Brian

I wish every company had a guy on GBO that was as informative and helpful as Brian.

If it has a barrel and shoots bullets I am interested in it and if I don't have one I want one.  Never met a gun I didn't like.
