When I got married in '96, our honeymoon was spent traveling. On the last leg of the trip, we spent 4 days in Idaho, with my aunt. She took us to the local hardware store, and bought 500rds. of .22. When I asked her what it was for, she said we had a job to do while we were there. Rockchucks and ground squirrels needed to be thinned out. So, when my wife and I grabbed a couple 5 gal buckets to sit on, and carry some water out to the fields, she asked me, are we going to have to pick up all the dead carcasses, and bury them. I kinda gave a chuckle, and said that the creature's of the night would take care of that problem. Sure enough, the second day, we went out for a couple hours, to ''work''. She made the comment, I don't see any dead ones laying around, just some blood stains in the dirt. She likes to shoot, but really doesn't have any desire to hunt. But, this was up her alley. Soon as we get some money saved up,(just about have the house paid for
) I don't think I'll have much of a problem talking her into a varmint hunt out west!!gypsyman
