It was also chambered in 243wsm.
I have one and it shoots so nice!
Not as good as my 270wsm Coyote but I haven't worked with it as much yet.
Your 270 should love the Win 130gr Ballistic Tip ammo.
I know all of my 270wsms do.
So well that I haven't even tried any other ammo in them.

Thanks for the replys, yes it does like 130 gr bullets and reloader 19 a lot better than 150,s and 4831 SC. I have not tried the balistic tip yet as I just got the gun and have been to the range only two times. It is a lot more fun to shoot than the 300 WM that I traded for it.  ::) . Thanks for the help I just could not find any info on the M70 with the Lam. wood stock.

I've had both the Nutmeg Laminated stock M70 coyote in .223 WSSM and a Coyote Lite in .25WSSM.  Both were nice guns.  I eventually got rid of both of them due to the oddball calibers but always liked the setups.  I took the .223 WSSM on a Prarie Dog hunt in Elkhardt KS and scored a 600 yard kill.

Towards the end of their production Winchester started making them in a Stainless/Grey Laminate combo.  Good looking guns.

Does it look like this one?
