Bruce,
The #32-3944M is the Bushnell Elite 3200 3-9X40 basic model.  This model has a regular duplex reticle with a fact focus eyepiece.  To my knowledge it is not available without a fast focus eyepiece.

You may want to talk to Jon at www.theopticzone.com.  He is one of our sponsors and a full-line Bushnell dealer and I am sure that he would be able to confirm this with you.  Make sure to tell him that you are a GBO member.

I got the Elite 3200 3-9X40, matte black, duplex reticle from D&R last fall.  They had them (and I think may still have one or two) on clearance for $144.00.

You might give them a try.

They use to make the Elite 3200 3-9x40 without the fast focus eyepiece a couple of years ago, but last year is was discontinued for the new one with the fast focus.
