Turning your big bore into a small bore

and I would think it would be a cheep way to practice, has anyone used one of these is it worth the money?

Seems a bit pricey, but probably well made.  At 25" it's longer than most of the insert type such as MCA's which is 14" I think.  ;)

I was thinking of trying to make one but the real problem is how to support it in the barrel, really all it is, is a 22cal barrel insert with a 45-70 case attached and reamed with supports along the barrel.  I am wondering just how it would shoot.
