Most any sheetmetal fab shop should be able to fab a collar to water proof the penitration thru. the roof. The turbine vents should come with a collar , may be an extra. I would suggest also looking into a high low vent system . It will allow air to move out and draw air in( gravity fed in old timers talk) . What you do is put in two vents one comes thru the roof and stops maybe 6 inches down . The other goes down to about a foot off the floor. Hot air out and cooler air is drawn in so you circulate air . Remember cooler is relative . Different set ups can be used , maybe one high in the middle and tow smaller low ones on the ends. The beauty is no moving parts. Unless you put a duck fan in the upper one. Even a grill can be added with a filter. Or add cover plates when not in use.

When I worked at a boat store they had a solar powered mushroom that had a fan on it. A 4" holes saw was all you needed. My guess is you would need Three holes. On in the roof to mount the mushroom and one near the floor one a foot from the roof line with screen and a grate to keep out vermin and bugs. the screen and are going to restrict about 1/2 of your air flow so the 2 4" holes will give you about what the fan will be pulling. Being a boiler guy we put one vent high for ventalation and one low for combustion. The low will keep the air moving inside the box and prevent condinsation. As I remember the kits and grates were not that expensive and even if you had to buy the drill and the hole saw I think you could get it done for under 200 bucks.

One would think it should be straight forward ... but my location has a dynamic that allot dont have to consider the precipitation infiltration, vehicles get filled if you dont close everthing tite including Connexs and Attic crawl spaces (nothing like 3K pounds of snow sitting in your attic.
