new scope

Well was going to get a burris 2x7x35 but found a nikon buckmaster 3x9x40 ,are they a good scope?I have monach and love it.

I think the Burris will have better glass than the Buckmaster.
RIP Mike. Died on July 14th, around 2am, with his family at his side, he went peacefully to be with god.

I can only recommend Leupold's, but I know if they didn't exist I would choose Nikon.
 
I feel Nikon makes a much better optic then Burris, but I have never used either.

The Burris Company is virtually in my backyard here in Colorado. They are in Greeley, maybe 20 minutes from where I live. They make a great product and I have their glass sitting on several of my rifles.

The Nikon is an excellent scope.
