I was wondering if anyone had one of these and what they thought of them. I would like to get the fully rifled version as I already have a smoothbore but if you have a smoothbore I would like to hear how yours performed as well. Thanks for all the help.

I had and used one of these in 12 ga for over ten years and never had an issue.  Great gun for the money.  Only reason I stopped using it was thatmy wife bought me a mossy 930 autoloader with slug and bird barrels.  Sold the maverick to my buddy and he still uses it two years later

How was the accuracy? Did you drill and tap it for a scope or did you just run the open sights? Thanks for all your insight.
