What scope? Also, bore sighting is only used to get on paper and further adjustments should be with the scope. Are you saying you don't have enough scope adjustment to sight your gun in?
Also, when you bore sight, the bullet impact point will ALWAYS be below what shows through the scope because the barrel is lower than the scope. In addition, when bore sighting, when you wish to move the crosshairs to where the bore sighting shows where the bullet impact point will be, you move the cross hairs in the OPPOSITE direction from which you want the bullet impact point to move. In other words, if in looking through the bore you wished to raise the bullet impact point, you would move the crosshairs down.
By the way, in using various scopes on many different T/C barrels, I've never run out of scope adjustment.
