.401 HB 315 grn bullet mold

I've a .40 cal flint lock rifle.  .401 (lands), .402 (grooves), twist 1/48 length 42".  I'm trying to locate a HB bullet mold 315 grn +/-.

I've a .40 cal flint lock rifle.  .401 (lands), .402 (grooves), ...

.401 lands, and .402 in the grooves, that leaves .0005" groove depth (.0005 per side x 2 sides = .001" )  please re-check groove depth this sounds terribly shallow for a 48 twist muzzle loader.


As far as locating a mould you may be looking at a custom job here.
