Buck for me during archery, let several does walk (1/2 a deer left from last year). Lotsa good pictures.   Doe on second morning at 9AM in the pouring rain @ 50.  Tagged out!  I sure do love that Bergara Optima!  2nd year for it, three deer from 50 to 150.  I almost feel guilty for parking that dirty @$$ tack driving Disc XT!

I shot a small 6 point buck on the evening of Dec. 18 th, last day of gun season,
This was my first shot at a OH deer since the 2009 season, they have been far and few the past 2 seasons ?
I used my 410 shotgun converted to shoot 44 cal. bullets from a fully rifled barrel, the gun is very capable out to 100 yards and my first deer with it ended up giving me a 20 yard shot.
Anyway glad to have some meat, I will try for a doe in the Muzzleloader season next month.  :)
