Do you speek from your heart?
« on: January 08, 2012, 04:34:23 PM »
If you speek from your heart you are your own first judge. Is there room for lies? If you speek from your heart be prepared for someone to step on it in hate and anger.

Our politicians speek to tell us what we want to hear. We are thier first judge.

What do you think? How do you feel about it?

Actually I speak from my lungs. Air flow from lungs over vocal cords creates sounds we know as speech. Just saying.  :o

Yes I do. It tends to make people mad on occasion. But I am working on thinking more before I open my mouth or type. On the occassions I am wrong, it does make me agrivated but I can handle it.

 Good one Bill ;D

I speak from my mind.  Most politicians speak out of their posterior; that's why it sounds so much like BS.

I'm getting so that I care less whether people agree with my opinion or not. I think more important than saying what I believe is, that if I misspeak I try not to hesitate in offering apologies or clarification.

When Clinton was in office I offended one of the members of the Church we attended by being pretty vocal about my disapproval of the Pres. After he complained I agonized over what I should do, my vanity made me want to ignore him and do the same as I had been. After I slept on it I realized that I could not be the one who caused this man to quit coming to Church. His soul was a lot more important than my pride. I apologized and quit spouting off.
