The PCG executive director is Ron Pelosi who is the brother to Nancy 's husband. SolarReserve, a U.S. developer of large-scale solar power projects, today announced an amendment to the Development Agreement between Nye County and Tonopah Solar Energy LLC, SolarReserve's affiliate, that will require 90 percent of the construction workforce come from Nevada residents for the company's 110 megawatt Crescent Dunes Solar Energy project located in Nye County, Nevada. The project is expected to create more than 600 jobs on-site during the peak construction period.
The 600 jobs are equivalent to in excess of 1.5 million man-hours for construction activities at the project site over the 30-month construction period. More than 4,300 direct and indirect jobs will be generated in the supply chain including manufacturing, value-added services and transportation, including offsite equipment and service suppliers across the Unites States. The project will employ 45 full time operational employees and will spend upwards to $10 million per year in operating costs. The Crescent Dunes project is also forecasted to generate $37 million in local tax revenues over the first 10 years of operation -- contributing to workers' paychecks, service businesses, local school systems and police and fire departments.

  Of course the demand that 90% of the workers come from Nevada makes sense. that's exactly what Harry Reid would demand..how much could he siphon  off workers from other states ?
   Even if that article were true, which i doubt.. compare the $ 737, 000, 000  compared to the jobs generated by the Keystone pipeline...and the workers paychecks, school systems, police and fire departments, restaurants, trucking companies, etc, etc across SEVERAL states !  ...And it would all be GRAVY..no cost to US for the pipeline..
