10/22 barrell twist

Hey all, I've been looking at a new barrel for my 10/22 and came across one with a 1:9 twist. They said it was for the 60gr Aguila rounds, but I'm wondering if I went with one of these, what would happen to my standard 30 - 40gr bullets. Any insight would be appreciated.

It would shoot them, but the accuracy would be hurting and the fast twist might cause them to come apart before they got to the target. That 1:9 twist barrel is primarily for the 60gr. bullet. It is used buy snipers for shots up to 200 yards.

I've been looking for a 10/22 barrel with a fast twist. Greem Mountain used to make one but I don't think they do any longer. If you don't want that barrel I'd sure like to get the particulars and follow up on it myself if it's priced reasonably.
