Anyone know if you can replace the standard breech plug with a speed breech plug?

yes , they sell them as after market items. BUT if you shoot smokless powder don't use the speed plug.

Thanks, I apreciate it. I intend to add an EZ Extracter too. Not to worry, I shoot 777 Pellets. :)

The Speed Breech does not have threads all the way around it. It is also longer than the standard 209x50 plug.
Will not work.

Thanks. After looking at one last night it was pretty obvious it wouldn't fit. Oh well, just as easy to slap a wrench on the one that's in there. :)
