Bill to help a boy keep his playhouse is back on the table Updated: Feb 07, 2012 6:52 PM EST The bill aimed at helping a Kentucky toddler is back on the table. Cooper Velouidis of Lexington has cerebral palsy and his family is fighting to keep his backyard playhouse.

Shouldn't even be a need for the bill. Ignorant any kid can't have a play house in their own dang yard. I'd tell the Homeowners Assoc. where to stick it and put the place up for sale. Danged if I'd live with such ignorant rules telling me what I can and can't do on my own property! Just makes me want to B slap someone!
