Some pro gunners are going to support them by going there for Valentines day. Starbucks supports the 2nd. POWDERMAN.

This isn't a second amendment issue, but it's a Starbucks issue.

Starbucks: Legalizing Same-Sex Marriage ‘Is Core to Who We Are and What We Value’

Starbucks, the world’s largest coffee shop chain, added its name to the list of major corporations that have endorsed a gay marriage bill in Washington State, saying the legislation shares the company’s values at its core. The decision was criticized by many conservative, pro-family organizations.

Leading traditional marriage organizations, for instance, are accusing the Seattle-based company of “meddling” in the debate, after Starbucks joined Google, Microsoft, and Nike in support of the legalization of same-sex marriage that is currently gathering momentum in the state legislature.

I've never paid 5 bucks or more for a cup of coffee either.
It's a little surprising that they don't have a problem with weapons carry since they are liberal on everything else.

$2 got me a large cup of coffee with cream at Star Bucks a couple hours ago. It is not watery gas station coffee, and roughly the price at McD's.

Anti's boycotting huh, sounds like a pleasant place to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee. I don't need the foo foo stuff but the wife does enjoy a cafe' latte' frappe' grande' vente' skinny' cup once in a while.

Queers are able to enter into contracts in business, and as far as I can tell, to the state, marriage is just a business contract. I don't get all the drama around gay marriage, but I am against the government's anti-discrimination laws that punish a business owner who chooses not to employ queers, or anyone else they don't like for that matter.

I think that when He heard someone start to vent about "them queers" that He would tell them to worry about their own logs, and not their neighbor's specks. I think if I were standoff-ish or contemptuous of the gay customer, He might ask me how I'd like to be treated if I were them.

I think I'd try to remember that Golden Rule, and that the fellow ordering coffee is my brother, and loved by God as much as I am. If I were in a particularly reflective mood, I might ponder how I'd like it if people were hostile towards me because of my sexual preference/makeup, which is something I didn't choose. How many here made the deliberate decision to be straight (or gay, if you're gay, no need to admit it around this crowd).

On the subject of Starbucks & gun-grabber boycott... I'll drop in and have some of their coffee. Yeah, it is expensive, and I rarely go there, but I'll support them on this, and it IS good coffee. There a nice lady I'll take there this week. And I'll take my laptop, and post here how the coffee is.
Supporting companies who don't kowtow to gun-grabbers is far more important to me, than boycotting them because they don't jump on the homophobe bandwagon.

The same thing I do now, nothing (and Jesus is standing there all the time). The problem is, I can fool other people by not reacting and allowing them to believe that I'm "tolerant", but Jesus can't be fooled by a calm outer appearance. Jesus knows that in my heart, I'm a little uneasy around people who do things that are disgusting to me. I don't care about queers out and about, but I wouldn't knowingly hire one either. Now, if Jesus were standing next to me and someone were spouting socialist garbage, He wouldn't have to read my heart to know how I felt, everyone in the room would know.

Your wife and mine must have been twins separated at birth. Thank goodness there's only one Starbucks (I think) in Wyoming.

the nearest starbucks is about 45 minutes away from me. i think tommorrow i will drive up (with my gun) there and have a cup of coffee and patronize the place. i did patronize them this weekend, too. they have great coffee, and it is nice to hear about a business that is PRO gun, and doesnt cave to the muldunes squaking.

Jesus instructed his disciples to go out and preach, but if the people didn't listen, shake the dust of that town off their feet and move on.
I have two lesbians across the street that I've spoken to about it, but I've had to shake that dust off my feet. we are still friends, but they don't want to hear any more about sin and they quit yelling at me about carrying an evil gun. they spend a lot of time on our porch in the summer.
you cannot be a Christian if you hate the sinner. you can only hate the sin.
I boycott them because they support the gay movement. I won't knowingly send money to that cause.

I would probably mind my own business, as I'm not a confrontational person.

Jesus would undoubtedly say "Go and SIN NO MORE".

I'm not into gay bashing or any of that BS. I don't believe in their lifestyle is all, but I would never insult, say anything ugly or take a holier than thou attitude with someone like that. If they harmed a child it'd be different, bank on that, but that goes for heterosexuals as well, as that is an issue I hold close.

I love Starbucks coffee, especially the Bold with a shot of cream. I lament that they support a homosexual lifestyle, but by George they make a good cup of mud, better than anyone else in my book.
