I got rings through Midway.  11mm X 1" leupold slightly cheaper than CZ.  The CZ website completely frustrated me so I bailed out.

I just bought a 455 .22mag. Am going thru the 11mm dovetail dilemma. Bought some BLK rings but they appear to be very high.Going to try the millett's.

I just put Millets on a 452 varmit and they worked out great.  From what I see, any 3/8 dovetail ring that is windage adjustable will work on the 11mm dovetail.

If nothing else you could get one of the 11mm scope bases from DIProductsInc. That way you are not linited to tip-off rings.
