what should I expect to pay

I came across a used ultra varmit in .223, it appears to be in good to excellent condition.
What should I expect to pay?

We need more info to be accurate but they run around $300 for a new one, plus or minus $20, depending where you shop.

 Prices are different across the country.... BUT based on a $289-359 retail cost, I would say a good working condition, used rifle would be $200-249.

Thank you, asking price is right in that range.
 Anything I should check for, I havent heard much negative about these guns.
