One More Reason To Call It Faux News
 Posted by David Kramer on February 25, 2012 09:16 AM     A contrite veteran of the United States military's unwarranted murderous assault on innocent Iraqi civilians questions John Bolton about the abuses of the military murderers in Iraq and about the blowback from people around the world who are victims of these United States military unwarranted murderous assaults. The contrite veteran is applauded for his question. After Bolton responds with the lie that those murderers fought for the defense of this country (when we all know they fight for the military-industrial complex and the Banksters who make hundreds of billions lending the money for these atrocities), we hear a smattering of applause.
 
In reality, Fox News edited the show so that it sounds like Bolton is being applauded for his lie—when, in fact, he was booed.

Any confirmation that the long haired boy actually was in the Rangers or deployed to Irag? Any followups as to why he never reported the illegal activity he's mentioning now?

He says he was deployed in Iraq as a member of the 3rd Ranger Btn.  He claims that the black bagging incidents were standard protocol for his unit and that the 13 y.o. that killed his team mate was armed w/ an SKS rifle. 
 
Why is it so far fetched for an Iraqi to have an SKS?  The SKS has been well documented in several wars including Vietnam, Bosnia, Afghanistan and Iraq as well as numerous other conflicts and rebellions.  Why would you all the sudden question this soldier when, if the tables were turned, you would be praising him without question?

Some sort of backup actually prooving he was deployed in Irag, and then there's still the need for the answerto the question Bolton asked him , if he saw all this illegal activity , why did he not report it then, and why isn't he reporting it now???

I'm kind of disgusted these days with worship of military and military service. It seems as though... if the military does it, it's beyond criticism, and criticism is shot down with 'support the troops!' and other balony insinuations.

So by that logic if a "veteran" in a wheelchair tells me he had his legs blown off in Afghanistan, I should question his military service and just think he's a leftist that lost his legs in an accident while driving drunk?  That's absurd.
 
How do you know he didn't' try and report these actions?  Maybe he was fine with doing what he had to during the service and is feeling guilty because of it now?  The answer is you don't know.  Anyhow, your argument is irrelevant to the OT of Fox News editing out the people booing John Bolton and inserting footage of people applauding. 
 
Also I never denied that other major media news outlets don't use this same form of editing to make themselves or the people they are representing look better.  Even newspapers will bend the truth to their perspective.  If you want the truth you have to read 2 or 3 accounts of the story and then piece together what you think is the truth.  My point in this post is to show people who believe Fox news is in-fallable that Fox is no better than the liberal media when it comes to bending the truth to their agendas.

  Perhaps Fox was more responsible than some here would like to admit.  All news programs, in fact allof TV ..even talk shows edit heavily.  So often we hear people from all walks complain about having had their statements edited, which changes the whole nature of ehat they said.
   John Bolton did a very credible job of answering this young fellow..there are ways of handling these problems, and whining among a bunch of college kids is not one of them.  His diatribe sounds more like a regurgitation of Lew Rockwell bilge water, than any factual report anyway.
  It is possible that Fox dropped this part because either they could not confirm this veteran's actual status...and stolen valor is not as rare as it should be.  You note he did not offer his name, rank & SN..
         Anyway; Fox's viewers are generally more intelligent and discriminating than those of PMSNBC or CNN, so this type of lefty propaganda and spin just bores them.           
 
      BTW..Special Ops units are not generally a haven for leftist malcontents...a clue right there..

Sam you have no proof that Fox did edit Bolton being booed, you have no proof that he even did get booed, you have no proof that leftwing radical was ever in the military.
The only thing you have is a few words printed onto the video on the link you posted. No follow up, no eyewitness to back it up..
 Just what is it that you think Stossel would of had to gained by editing that video to meet the claims being made about it from conspiracy minded folks?

What proof is there the young man in the video actually was a Ranger in Iraq?
What proof is available that shows the boo's actually directed towards Bolten rather than the young leftwing idialog?
What would Stossel.( an avowed liberatarion) have to gain by allowing his show to be edited to allow for the conspiracy theory at hand here?
And finally just exactly what did Fox get caught at, and by whom??

Ok, I watched the video. Can't tell if it was edited or not, I could see people applauding...when the script says they are booing. I don't know what to believe in this whole thing. Sounds to me like both side could be full of it.
Any unbiased eyewitnesses out there?
