Did everyone forget to mail their Special Elk Permit applications?

I put mine in at the FWand Parks office here in Billings.  Sorry about hurting your chances. ;D   I put in for area 410. that's where my cabin is.  Only 55 either sex tag for that area, over 1800 applied last year if I remember correctly.  DP
