That's right!  2 houses, new car,  million dollar lottery winner feels she deserves welfare because after all, she still has bills to pay.

yeah old news. she justifies it by saying she only ended up with 500,000 after lump sum and taxes.oh and saying she really doesnt have any income. wanna bet she dead broke in a year?
