Never ever use Ebays "Report Item" link, thats how they find these items! Yes they have recently changed their rules. I got this today:

I don't believe it was because of the recent cannon through trailer incident, because they started it before then. I believe it is because of all the ruckus we made about the pipe bombs being listed on ebay. Not knowing the difference, they are simply clamping down on all now.
The first time mine got pulled a few weeks ago, I called them and they said it was because I used the term "black powder". (They keep an incident report when a listing gets pulled, where the reviewer indicates why they pulled it.) I relisted once more for 4 days saying it was non-firing and they did not pull it, but maybe just missed it. It did not sell. So I put it back on saying it was a "signal cannon only" (no mention of powder) and they yanked it again, with the above statement sent.
What ticks me off was there were at least 5 other listings on there using the term "signal cannon" when I listed mine. They all got to their ending (some sold) without getting yanked. At least one of those unsold is now relisted.
If they are going to do this BS, they need to do it across the board. Any darn tube closed on one end with a hold for a fuse can fire a projectile, and maybe even blow up at the same time. Heck, they let you list muzzleloader barrels on there. This is ridiculous!
They don't sell well at all on Gunbroker. Not nearly as many people look there.
