The website says that this pad is for the synthetic Handi.  Which one, the Monte Carlo synthetic or the standard synthetic...or both?

Old style MC, it's in the FAQs.  ;) The #10011 fits the new style pretty good after drilling one new mounting hole in the pad, I have one on my 35 Whelen Improved.  8) See LIMBSAVER FOR SYNTHETIC STOCK in the FAQs.
