Updated today at 9:02 AM        BOSTON (AP) — President Barack Obama's uncle has been granted a hardship driver's license by the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles just a week after he lost the right to drive for 45 days in a deal in a drunken driving case.
The license granted Monday allows 67-year-old Onyango (ohn-YAHN'-goh) Obama to drive from noon to midnight to get to work as manager of a Framingham liquor store.
A Registry spokeswoman tells the Boston Herald (http://bit.ly/Hbj3k0) that Obama "met all of the criteria" to qualify for the hardship license, including proof he was enrolled in an alcohol treatment program.
Obama is the half brother of the president's late father. He was arrested in August.
He pleaded to sufficient facts last week.
Onyango Obama is from Kenya. He's appealing a deportation order.

YEP, there have been several instances of several of his illegal relatives here living on the dole and suddenly the stories disappear, last I heard his illegal sister and aunt were still in chicago. Perks of being related to an illegal kenyan. POWDERMAN.  :o :o

Why didn't one of his friends in congress issue a special law allowing those family members to stay.  It is a simple law that can be done by any member of congress.
Why did Pelosi, Reid, Kerry, or any of the other Democratic Crackers (I am using it correctly- Middle managment of the Plantation cracking the whip to get the slaves to do what they want)  Just intorduce a bill to make his family members legal and by pass the immagration legislation.  For that matter why didn't Obama being a Senator just do it himself?
