auto 5 question

I just bought an Auto 5 light twelve the barrel says made in belgium on one side and on the other it says special steel-12 gauge shells 2 3/4" the serial # is two lines
First line is   0G   and the second is 95xxx
Can any one help me put a date to this Browning?

 The Browning web site has info to date most Brownings. Another good one is Midwestgunworks.com, to date your gun. I just saw that Browning is making a new version of the 'Auto-5', I may have to check that out.

Yours was made in 1960!  Great guns I love my 1957 Light 12 Belguin.   ;D

I handled the New A-5 at the SHOT Show in Vegas last Jan.  To me it is an insult to call them an A-5, was not impressed.  I have a standard 16 from 32, a 3 SHOT MODEL A5 12 solid rib barrel from 36 and a Sweet from 61.  This is why I said it was an insult, I love quality.

Wow they just couldn't let the A5 die!  Just read up on it .  Looks like they updated it with some new fangled internals.   For the price I'll stick with my original design! :o
