This is the way it ought to be instead of a federal mandate that is shoved down the throats of the states. If california wants to be a haven for abortionists, let them. Let the other states do as they will.

every un-born baby has the RIGHT to life, per the constitution.

my wife read something to me about scientists,
if they find a single cell on a distant planet, they say, aha, LIFE!!!!
if they find millions of cells in a womans womb, it's just a lifeless blob.
