Love it! I work in a residential centers for teens and we have a no sagging pollicy. They get consequences if they are told to pull thier pants up.

I think I'd have told the judge to remove the stick up his behind, and do his job rather than play fashion cop.

Sagging all stems from prison It was a way to say I'm available to the other prisoners. When we see a kid sagging we will ask him in front of whoever is around if they are looking for a date! A judge has the right to command respect in his chambers.

powderman, excellent post, sir.   that judge deserves another term, or two, or three.  we need more judges like him to instruct cultural parasites on social mores.

Careful guys, we must be very careful what we are willing to support a judge doing in a courtroom. He is there for justice. The poor, stupid or the great unwashed should have the same chance at justice. This time some dude caught up in the low pants craze felt the judges ire, next time it might be you with the American flag pin on your lapel.
The courts are becoming more liberal so don't complain when it happens.
