Attention 257 Roberts Reloaders

I've been thinking about trying some of the "RAMSHOT" powder.  I got their reloading pamphlet and noticed some of their OAL's were as high as 2.925.  The SAAMI calls for an OAL of 2.780.  I know you can seat bullets out futher than SAAMI to fit your particular rifle, but I've never seen any company just give out a blanket OAL higher than SAAMI.  Am I missing something?

Shouldn't be a problem in most bolt guns since most were throated for the old round nosed factory rounds.  Problem would be if you have a length limitation like a BLR magazine.  Then you would have to back off their data 3-4 gr and work back up at the shorter length.
