As most of you know we had our first H&R/NEF CALENDAR done this year which I think turned out pretty good for our first time.
We printed up 100 of them and was able to sell all 100 thanks to some very generous members!
The final numbers are as follows:
cost to print-----------------------------------------$ 749.00
shipping---------------------------------------------$ 209.00
envelopes-------------------------------------------$ 11.00
Total cost was--------------------------------------$ 969.00
Sale price was set at $12.00 @-------------------$1200.00
Some of you went above what was expected and sent in more funds than was required so the actual total dollars collected was more than we had figured.
The final total collected was--------------------- $1236.50
Subtract the actual total cost----------------------$ 969.00
profit--------------------------------------------------$ 267.50 OUTSTANDING!!!
We garentied at least $2.00 from each sale to go to GBO to help with the server fund.
As you can see, we made that and more! OUTSTANDING!!!!!
I will be sending this amount $267.50 to GBO as soon as I find out where to go to do so.
The donate button at the bottom of each page seems to be missing.
I was just informed by Tim that there is a problem that Matt is working on and the PayPal button is not working at the moment.
He will get it fix and the MONEY WILL GET SENT!
I would like to take a moment to once again thank all the members who participated with this project in any way, from summitting photos, buying calendars, offering your advice that I surely needed and donating the extra funds, as some of you did.
