  Not the uber liberal 9th "circus" court however; they didn't learn from the dumb stunt of the GSA.  Either that, or they don't care what the taxpayers think.

    Whether it's the Obamas, the GSA or 9th circus court, it appears liberals have no compunction over spending money like a drunken sailor..the only real difference being; at least the drunken sailor spends HIS OWN money ! *
