It depends where you have the photo hosted.

Simplest is to upload to youtube.  Copy the url for the youtube video from the address line of your browser, paste in the reply window.  Highlight the link and click on the Youtube icon.

You can also upload video to a photohost like photobucket and copy the image link and paste it in the reply and it should show as a video.
