I doubt it. First of all, bedding is used on actions to make sure, everything is touching evenly. If you don't want anything touching you would free-float the barrel, but that would be difficult since the SKS since it has a barrel band to help hold the stock on. The other reason is that the SKS has practical limits to its accuracy. Mine shoots a 4" group at 100 yards as it is - good enough for a short range truck gun, but its not a long range tack driver by any means.
