Knee Surgery done .

Got arthoscopy done on right knee Monday and  boy the differance in walking... knee still swelled up but can walk up steps with out pain... yippee.   I trapped last year and spring bvr trapping  in pain as doc though just needed   therapy.... wouldnt you think  trapping and xc skiing in winter would be enough therapy???????    Well it came to a head  three weeks ago  with more intense  knee swelling and nothing showing on MRI..... went in and yep , torn miniscus.....  Can even ride mnt bike on  level surfaces without hills.   One really appreciates when ones body works right....

Lee if your like my older brother your back is going to feel better too. My brother hobbled around for several years with a bad back after getting whip lashed in a car accident. Finally had a doctor that looked him over good fix his knee, which was a old football injury from high school. He's not like 100% even now with his back, but he is at least able to work again. Doesn't look like a bell ringer from and old church when he walks.

 Lee,had the same thing done 20 years ago.While it was a bit tough on the trapline,3 months after the surgey--I played ball for another 15 years after having it done.
  Today that leg does swell up on me,but that is after standing on it for several hours.
 You will do well with another 15 or 20 years on that leg.
