Give Ed's contenders a call and he will work with you. He is a sponser on the contender hand gun forum.

Not sure that the price I paid was the "cheapest" price but I bought a stainless rifle frame to include butt stock and forearm from E. Arthur Brown (EABCO) with their action job and I'm tickled pink with it.  It's slicker than snake snot and with a second hand EABCO 26" stainless barrel chambered in 7mm-08 that is one wicked rifle, NO REGRETS.

Not much good said on GBO about EABCO but I've not had a problem dealing with them to this point.  That includes my brother and I sending in two more Encore frames and a Contender G2 frame for action jobs.  YMMV
