Anyone have a black powder load for this obscure cartridge? I think it uses a .323 bullet.

I don't have one, not sure I've ever seen one but when I was looking for info on an 8x48R Sauer, I came across a lot of info on your round. The best I believe was considered to be this guy as to having info:

I also remember that the round was not actually ever a BP round. It was tested as a BP round but was found faulty and they did away with the ammo and issued the rifle with smokeless.....as I remember. I think this ol' boy also has the load data from Norma on it. Should be able to get something from gleaning this linky.

Do a chamber cast and measure the bore. The roller in that chamber that I turned into a 40-65, the barrel groove measured .315. Chamber was bad on it, and split all the Bertram brass that I fired thru it.

In the 1920's "sheeple" was a term coined by the National Socialist Party in Germany to describe people that would not vote for Hitler. In the 1930's they held Hitler as the only one that would bring pride back to Germany and bring the budget and economy back.....
