In these DEPRESSED times, placing a cash temptation within arm's reach is baiting the bull to charge the red cape. I didn't read the link, but am not surprised. Crack heads, winos, low lifes, thives, are looking for the easy "score". Move it behind the counter where someone can keep an eye on it if it has to be collected this way. Let the official begging corporations do the collection work and don't allow begging like this in your stores in the first place. Temptation solved...
