Some, like sleeping in a doghouse and ponytail cutting are very different and some downright innovative. POWDERMAN.

The Utah mom agreed in court then complained. The daughter in this case is also being brought up on other charges also. There are several questions that need to be answered;
Where was the 3 year olds mom on the day of the cutting?
Where was the 13 year olds mom on the day of the cuting?
Shouldn't the 13 year olds mom be a lttle concerned over the othe charges and why her daughter thinks it's ok to cut other peoples hair, threaten rape and torture?
 
I am glad the judge is being a bit innovative in these cases. Cutting of the hair might actually get to her brain, it seems nothing else is.

I can think of another part of her anatomy that could have been useful at a much younger age.
